Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  1. Prepare the Eggs:
  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs.
  1. Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
  • Unroll the crescent dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
  1. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
  • Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough.
  • Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
  1. Roll Up the Triangles:
  • Loosely roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet, point-side down.
  1. Brush with Egg Wash:
  • Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the reserved beaten eggs.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Bake:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and cooked through.
  1. Serve:
