Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs.
- Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
- Unroll the crescent dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups:
- Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough.
- Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
- Roll Up the Triangles:
- Loosely roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet, point-side down.
- Brush with Egg Wash:
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the reserved beaten eggs.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve:
