HOMEMADE MINI DONUTS

Ingredients:

50 g melted butter

3 eggs

150g of sugar

200 ml of milk

1 pinch of salt

1 C. liquid vanilla extract coffee

300 g of pastry flour.

1 packet of baking powder (11g)

sunflower oil

 

Preparation:

1. Beat the butter with the eggs, sugar and milk. Mix with the vanilla, the pinch of salt. Add the flour and yeast Let stand 30mn. Lightly grease the alveoles of the machine with a brush and a little sunflower oil.

2. Deposit small spoonfuls of dough. Let cook 5/8mn. Continue until you finish with the dough. Let cool on a rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

3. Cut the donuts. Preheat the oven to 180º. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper Put the donuts cut with two different-sized cookie cutters on the baking sheet.

4. Bake 10 min. They have to rise and brown a little. Let cool on a rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
